Las Vegas, Nevada – The Las Vegas Convention Center held the 41st annual International Pizza Expo from March 25 – 27, 2025. Over 10,000 attended the world’s largest pizza show ranging from operators, managers, pizza restaurant owners, suppliers and more.
Pizza industrial exhibitors, seminars, competitions and a multi-variety of World Pizza Games filled three days of the Expo. The 2025 keynote address was given by Sarah Minnick, co-owner and operator of Lovely’s 50-50 located in Portland, Oregon. Minnick spoke about working at a student-run café while an art student at the same time semifinalist for the James Beard Awards. Minnick spoke about food suppliers and converting over to an electric pizza oven.
