WMSTR – Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion

Rollag, MN – The Western Minnesota Steam Threshers Reunion in Rollag, Minnesota welcomed the 54th year of traditional featuring a parade from vintage equipment to present day.  2026 was the year of  Steiger tractors featuring  their first model built 1958 to the most recent designed model in the parade plus a large exhibit and demonstration of the equipment throughout the Steam Threshers grounds.  A large display approximately 50 units from the beginning to present equipment was available for everyone to visit. The founders of Steiger Tractor were Maurice and Douglas Steiger.  Douglas was in the parade Saturday.

The Reunion schedule started Friday, September 4 – Monday, September 7, 2026.  Gates were opened by 6 AM to a finishing of the “Sparks” after dark.  There was continual activities going on throughout the showgrounds of 210 acres in Rollag, Minnesota.  Activities included Lumber Sawing, Parades, Steam & Gas Threshing, Music, Demonstrations, Steam Queen Coronation, plowing, Train connections and many more items plus homemade food available every day. 

The WMSTR is run by all volunteers that put every effort forward to produce a top quality show that has brought people back every year to enjoy.  WMSTR is considered the largest steam show in the United States and draws over 120,000 visitors over the weekend.  Rollag, Minnesota is located east of Fargo, North Dakota approx..35 miles.
