Homes of either the bride, groom or friends can hold a wedding reception with elegance. Moving the everyday furniture out of the main part of the house and staging the space for a wedding reception can create a welcoming environment. Wedding guests will be greeted with a memorable location that speaks loudly of a comfortable but elegant surroundings.
The main rooms can have tables and chairs lined up to capture a view of the exterior. If the home has available a piano; the piano could be set to one side of the room and allow music performed during dinner creating a subtle, warm environment.
Granted moving of furniture around or into storage can create extra work but there could be a way to save money or at the least produce a beautiful memory for all to share.
