The sixth race of 2023 F1 was held in Monaco. Monaco can be one of the most challenging with tight walls, dark tunnel that brings drivers out to an overwhelming sunlight on a sun filled day. Sunday May 28th brought another type of danger to the race with rain falling during the race causing tires to lose their grip and conditions to continue worsen even for the most seasoned racers.
Max Verstappen remained strong – Red Bull making his fourth win of the season; 39th career win and second at Monaco win in three years. Time 1:48:51.98 – 25 pointsSecond place – Fernando Alonso – Aston Martin; Third place – Esteban Ocon -Alpine; Fourth Place- Lewis Hamilton -Mercedes; Fifth place.
