Las Vegas, Nevada – The Las Vegas Convention Center held the world’s largest pizza industry show March 24-26, 2026. Over 10,000 of industry professionals attended the three days in Las Vegas that has been hosting the convention since the mid 1970’s. Educational seminars were continually going on during the convention and over 500 exhibitors showing the trends, new equipment and creative displays.
Competitors for the International Pizza Challenge numbered over 700. Events for networking ranged; Beer & Bull, Pizza Games & Block Party, Gelato Festival World Masters’ Grand Finale. The International Pizza Expo 2027 will be held April 11-15, 2027 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
